The classes in the Center for Greek Language Studies are given by Mrs. Dimitra Stathatou. Mrs. Stathatou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Greek Language and History and has considerable experience in teaching the Greek language to foreigners and expats. She was a tutor with the “Ulysses” programme, which was designed to introduce immigrants and expats to the Greek language, history and culture. She is a native Greek speaker and has many years of experience teaching Greek as a foreign language. She holds an Advanced degree in English making it easier to communicate with students that speak no Greek to begin with. She employs a modern and lively approach to teaching and her goal is to infuse her students with her passion and love for the Greek language and culture.
